This Regional Legal Addendum supplements the GlobMaps Privacy Policy and Terms of Service with jurisdiction-specific rights and obligations. The section applicable to your region applies in addition to, and in the event of conflict prevails over, the general Privacy Policy.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
We process personal data on the bases of: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)); legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) including fraud prevention and service improvement; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)); and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics and marketing cookies.
Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and withdrawal of consent at any time. Lodge complaints with your local supervisory authority.
Transfers outside the EEA are made under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. A copy is available upon request at privacy@globmaps.com.

Equivalent rights to EU GDPR apply under UK GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and rights related to automated decision-making.

California residents have the right to: know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold; delete personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt-out of sale or sharing (we do not sell personal information); limit use of sensitive personal information; and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Virginia residents have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, and opt out of processing for targeted advertising or sale. Submit requests at privacy@globmaps.com.
We extend substantially equivalent rights to residents of Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and other US states enacting comprehensive privacy laws. Contact privacy@globmaps.com to exercise your rights.
We respond to verified consumer requests within 45 days, with a single 45-day extension where reasonably necessary.

Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have the right to access and correct personal information held about you. Contact privacy@globmaps.com. Complaints to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). We handle personal information in accordance with APPI and notify you of the purpose of use. You have rights of disclosure, correction, and cessation of use. Contact privacy@globmaps.com.
Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and provincial equivalents (Quebec Law 25, Alberta PIPA, BC PIPA).
Right to access personal information held about you, and to challenge its accuracy. We obtain meaningful consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information. Withdraw consent at any time subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
Quebec residents have additional rights including right to data portability and right to de-indexation. We conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for new projects involving personal information.

Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).
Right to access information about personal data processed, right to correction and erasure, right to grievance redressal, and right to nominate a representative.
We process personal data based on consent or legitimate uses as defined under the DPDP Act. Consent is obtained in clear, plain language and may be withdrawn at any time.
Grievances may be directed to privacy@globmaps.com. Escalation to the Data Protection Board of India is available under the DPDP Act.

Right to access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing of personal information. Requests may be submitted to privacy@globmaps.com.
Where personal information is transferred outside Korea, we notify data subjects of the recipient, purpose, items transferred, and retention period, and obtain consent or rely on other lawful bases.
